Enhancing student employability
MY Consultants believe that upon leaving education students should be equipped not just with the technical skills required by there future employers but also with valuable transferable skills including presentation, problem solving, team working and communication skills. MY Consultants works with HE and FE to embed these skills within the curriculum and to equip staff with the skills set required to develop these skills within the students. Recent projects which MY Consultants has completed include:
- The delivery of creativity workshops
- Team development courses (ranging from 1 day to 4 day residential programmes)
- Interview skills workshops.
